No returns will be accepted after 30 days. If goods are returned for any reason other than a defect, a restocking charge of 10% of the net price will be put in place.

Credit Notes for authorized returns will not be issued unless the Bill # and the Date of Purchase accompanies the returned merchandise.

Interest is chargeable at a rate of 1% per month on the balance outstanding from month to month.

Directors of the companies purchasing the goods will be held jointly responsible for the payment of outstanding invoices.

All goods remain the property of Impact Trading Company Ltd. until they are paid for in full.
